Covid 19 Policies
The COVID-19, Coronavirus situation has brought out many changes in our lifestyle. To add to the fight COVID-19, we have re-purposed our production and dispatch lines. We are providing products and equipment to slow down the virus spread. Our process has been overhauled to ensure protection, social distancing and high-grade sanitization at all levels.
- Every individual who enters our premises is monitored for even the slightest sign of illness.
- Masks and Gloves are worn by every member of our team.
- All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
- Team members sanitize their hands at regular intervals.
- Our courier partners have been instructed to conduct contactless deliveries.
Shipping:
- We are shipping orders as soon as possible.
- All deliveries will take 7-8 days post dispatch.
- We will dispatch in 3-4 days depending upon availability.
- We will try for the fastest delivery but bear with us for delays.
- We are in constant touch with courier partners for deliveries.
- Couriers will drop products at your doorstep / with security on confirming with you
Cancellation:
- Once the shipment has been handed over to courier we won't be able to cancel or refund the same.
- If in any case we are unable to make it reach to you due to local area restrictions we will hold the shipment for you.
- In extreme circumstances, we will credit your account with the same value and we will try and recall the shipment!
Replacement & Refund
- We won't be doing a replacement for masks and any other COVID-19 related products.
- No exchange is possible of boxers because of hygiene reasons.
COVID 19 Related Products:
- Our products are protective in nature but cannot combat Coronavirus directly.
- We make no claim, that our products can stop the spread of Coronavirus through usage.
- Our products are for Civil use only and no Medical or Frontline worker should be using these, especially in high spread area.
- All our products are precautionary use and do not claim to be protective use.
